NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Between at 12:01AM on 8/27/23 through 11:59PM on 9/26/23, each time a Chock full o’Nuts product is purchased at any participating Geissler’s location and a customer’s LEF app is presented, the registered Geissler’s customer LEF app user will be automatically entered. To enter without purchase, consumers are invited to hand write their name, email address, zip code, daytime phone number and birth date on a 3” X 5” card and mail it to: Geissler’s/Chock full o’Nuts “Grocery Giveaway” Sweepstakes; P.O. Box 183, Fairfield, CT 06824. Participants may also enter online by signing up for the Geissler’s newsletter at “https://www.geisslers.com/special-deals/chock-full-o-nuts-grocery-giveaway/”. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. All entries submitted must be postmarked by 9/26/23 and received by 10/1/23. Entries become the property of the sponsor. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Entries become the property of Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Inc. (the Sponsor) and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the transmitting email account. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or any other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Online entry will also provide an opportunity to register you for other available offers from the Sponsor. All online entries will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. DRAWING: Winners will be selected in random drawing on or about 10/1/23 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. If a winner cannot be located or fails to claim prize (including signing and returning prize claim document required under Rule 3) within seven (7) days after delivery or attempted delivery of notification, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: Prize consists of one $250 Geissler’s Gift Card. Average Retail Value: $250. Five (5) First Prizes: Prize consists of one $50 Geissler’s Gift Card. Average Retail Value: $50 each or $250. Total Retail Value: $500. All taxes, as well as expenses, not specifically listed in the prize description, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries received. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release, where permitted, and winner’s guest may be required to sign and return a Liability and Publicity Release where permitted. If winner is a minor under applicable state law, prize claim documents must be signed by parent or guardian

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes begins 8/27/23 and ends 9/26/23. Open only to legal residents of Connecticut and Massachusetts, 18 years or older. Employees, directors and officers of Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Geissler’s Supermarkets and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible. By submitting entry and accepting the Grand Prize, the winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, biography, voice, video and/or photograph for advertising in this or similar promotions without compensation unless prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws.

GENERAL: No cash substitutions of prize will be permitted, and prize is non-refundable and non-transferable except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By entering sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected or late mail (including electronic mail). By acceptance of the Prize, winner agrees to release, indemnify and hold Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, Geissler’s Supermarkets and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, agencies and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any liability in connection with the sweepstakes including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, enjoyment, use or misuse of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with online entries, including technical failures related to computer, telephone, cable, and unavailable network or server connections, or other failures related to hardware, software or virus, or incomplete, late or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the operation or conduct of the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the entry process or the operation of the web site or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be operated, conducted or completed as planned, for any reason. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted at Geissler’s stores and the prize will be awarded based on a random drawing that Sponsor will conduct from among all eligible entries received as of the date of termination. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
