only to those who sign up at https://www.geisslers.com/lef-rewards/ and who are 18 years of age or older as of the dateof entry. The Campaign is only open to legal residents of the United
Statesand is void where prohibited by law. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”)
agreeto be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agreeto accept the decisions
of Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. as final and binding as it relates tothe content of this Campaign. 3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on June 1, 2022, 8:00
p.m., EST and ending October 31, 2022, 11:59 p.m., EST.All online entries must be received by October 31, 2022, 11:59 p.m., EST. 4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by
submitting an entry usingthe online form provided at https://www.geisslers.com/lef-rewards/. The entry must fulfill allCampaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. FILL OUT & COMPLETE YOUR LEF REWARDS PROFILE AND

Entriesthat are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may bedisqualified at the sole discretion of Geissler’s. You may enter only once.You must
provide the information requested. You may not enter more timesthan indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in anattempt to circumvent the rules.
If You use fraudulent methods or otherwiseattempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed fromeligibility at the sole discretion of Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. 5.
Prizes: 1(One) Winner drawn from all entries by June 30, 2022 will receive
1 Trager Wood Fire Grill, 1 Yeti Tundra Cooler and 1 Bose Speaker
worth $1143.95, 2(Two) Winners will be drawn from all entries received by July 31, 2022. 1(one) will receive 28” Griddle Outdoor Cooking Station valued at $399.99
and 1(one) Winner drawn from all entries by July 31, 2022 will receive a Trager Wood Fire Grill
worth $649.95. 1(one) Winner drawn from all entries by September 30, 2022 will receive A Solo Stove worth $239.99. 2(Two) Winnera drawn from all entries by October 31, 2022 will receive 1 Bose Speaker each worth $119.00. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prizeaward. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Geisslers’ Supermarkets Inc..No cash or other prize
substitution shall be permitted except atGeissler’s Supermarket Inc. discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-relatedexpenses, including without limitation
any and all federal, state, and/orlocal taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prizeor transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for
the cash equivalentby Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission forGeissler’s Supermarket Inc. to use Winner’s name,
likeness,and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation,unless prohibited by law. 6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible
entries received. 7. Winner Selection and Notification: One Winner will be selected by a randomdrawing under the supervision of Geissler’s Supermarket Inc.. Winner will be notified
bye-mail within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Geissler Supermarkets Inc. shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to
receivenotices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’sprovision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.If Winner
cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return acompleted and executed
declaration and release as required, the prize may beforfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prizeoffered in this Campaign is conditioned upon
compliance with any and allfederal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESEOFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT GEISSLER’S SUPERMARKET INC. SOLE DISCRETION)
WILLRESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, ANDALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 8. Rights Granted by You: By entering
this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that Geissler Supermarket Inc., anyone acting on behalf of Geissler Supermarket Inc., Geissler Supermarket inc. licensees, successors, and assigns,shall have the right, where permitted by law,
to print, publish, broadcast,distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, inperpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry,
name,portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, andbiographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising,public
relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation,notice, review, or consent. 9. Terms & Conditions: Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. reserves the right, in their
sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign should virus, bug,non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Geissler’s Supermarket Inc.control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conductof the Campaign. In such case, Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. may select the Winner from
alleligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action takenby Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to disqualifyany individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process orthe operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms &
Conditions.Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of theCampaign, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to:
multipleentries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries fromthe same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of
bots,macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by anentrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimateoperation of the Campaign
may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Shouldsuch attempt be made, Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. reserves the right to seek damages to thefullest extent permitted by law. By
entering this contest you are agreeing toreceive promotional correspondence from both Geissler’s Supermarket Inc. 10. Limitation of Liability: By
entering, You agree to release and hold harmlessGeissler Supermarket inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates,advertising and promotion agencies, partners,
representatives, agents,successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness,injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur,
directly orindirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’sparticipation in the Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, ormisuse
of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind,including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network,hardware, or software,
or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailabilityor inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv)unauthorized human intervention in any
part of the entry process or thePromotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotionor the processing of entries. 11. Disputes: THIS Campaign IS
GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United StatesAND Connecticut WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As acondition of participating in this Campaign, participant agrees
that any and alldisputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of actionarising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved
individually,without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located inConnecticut having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under
nocircumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and herebywaives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, includingreasonable
attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocketexpenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Campaign). Participantfurther waives all rights
to have damages multiplied or increased. 12. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the Winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a
