Italian Herb Shrimp Puffs

| 24 large shrimp, cooked and peeled |
| 1/4 c. prepared Italian dressing |
| 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed |
| seafood sauce or creamy Italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with Italian dressing to coat; set aside. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
2. Unfold pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface; cut pastry into 24 1x2-in. strips. Wrap each shrimp in a strip of puff pastry and press the seam to seal. Place on a baking sheet seam-side down. Bake 10-15 min. until the puff pastry is golden brown. Serve with favorite seafood sauce or creamy Italian dressing.
